A Scathing Indictment of Republican Style ‘Conservatives’

Chuck Baldwin is dead-on with his commentary of the hysterical lather Republcians are capable of working themselves into when it comes to Democrats doing something the Constitution doesn’t authorize. Yet, at the same time, when one of their own runs roughshod over that venerable document, they just shrug their shoulders when someone complains.

Conservative Texans who are serious about defending their Liberty absolutely must divorce themselves from the Babylonian whore the Republican party has become. If they don;t, they have only themselves to blame when they lose their freedom and their country.

(A HINT: Liberty can never be defended – at least not successfully. It can only be reconquered. To defend it, you must foolishly assume that you still have it.)

Can Texas Refuse Federal Troops Deployed to Contain “Civil Unrest”?

Under a constitution-respecting Independent governor, it can.

The urgency of that question continued to ratchet upwards are reports come in that the current Republican administration has a goal for deploying 20,000 US troops inside the US for that very (alleged) purpose, as this report demonstrates.

Indeed, the time where Independents could be content to say “it’s not my fault, I didn’t vote for him” are over. At this point, it is highly questionable whether the new administration will bring any real change besides the face of him who promised it.

The existence of political parties is the number one cause of Americans’ ever-deepening loss of Liberty. It is not only the currently ruling Democrat/Republican duopoly that destroys freedom, though. Even a party with the most liberty-oriented platform has as its primary goal the pursuit of power. Everything else becomes secondary.

The pursuit of power and the pursuit of liberty are combatants in the political arena. One is only achieved at the expense of the other. That’s why Liberty and the Rule of Law will only be restored in Texas when independent candidates are able to win high-level positions in public office, in all branches of government.

The purpose of this blog is to help make this possible.
